I had the pleasure of working with Lauren on the “Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR,” one of Kiehl’s flagship charitable initiatives, and one of the most successful integrated cause-marketing campaigns I’ve seen.
She co-created, developed, and implemented gracefully and successfully this initiative for HIV/AIDS awareness which included effective PSA spots with celebrity advocates, viral social media moments, and national media opportunities which resulted in billions of media impressions for the two brands. As her PR counterpart for amfAR on this initiative, I was in awe of how the program not only helped raise millions in critical funds for HIV/AIDS research; I also witnessed firsthand how it re-invigorated interest in HIV/AIDS to thousands of Americans across the country who were not always aware of the epidemic’s continuous scourge.

I had the opportunity to work with Lauren as her manager for close to seven years at Kiehl's Since 1851. Lauren was - and continues to be - an exceptional brand innovator. Lauren has natural leadership ability - and not just for the team that she represents - but more importantly cross-functionally.
